Rate: Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Material Handler to support warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order picking, shipping, and material handling. The ideal candidate will have experience operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.

•        Pick, pack, label, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.

•        Load and unload trailers, containers, and trucks safely and efficiently.

•        Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.

•        Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

•        Perform stock rotation and inventory adjustments as needed.

•        Repack, re-box, wrap, and consolidate products according to customer requirements.

•        Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all company safety and OSHA regulations.

•        Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

•        High School Diploma or GED preferred.

•        Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.

•        Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment is a plus.

•        Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory processes.

•        Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Preferred Certifications:

•        OSHA Forklift Certification

•        HAZMAT Certification

Required Skills:

•        Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

•        Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

•        Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•        Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

•        Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

•        Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.

•        Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach throughout the shift.

•        Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and elevated work areas.

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client''''s assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $18 - $21 per hour on W2.
