Description

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Senior Campus Mobility System Administrator to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - This critical position is located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract(SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs),and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

We are seeking an experienced Campus Mobility System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct Tier I-II technical support for the full lifecycle of Enterprise mobility services, including mobile devices, multi-vendor applications, connectivity, and end-user environments. Deliver remote reach-back and technical support for VIP personnel during CONUS and OCONUS travel, including real-time troubleshooting of device hardware/software/apps, connectivity, and access issues. Apply advanced multi-domain IT troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software/app, mobility, network connectivity, and user experience issues. Campus Mobility System Administrators work closely with other IT teams and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support of our IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or VIP customers in high-visibility operational
  • environments.
  • Strong background in end-to-end IT support, including endpoints, mobility, connectivity, and
  • collaboration technologies.
  • Exceptional IT troubleshooting skills across multiple technology domains.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
  • Strong proactive team player with the ability to work independently.

Highly Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting VIP Communications or Flag/General Officer environments
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

Years of Experience:
  • Min 12 years with HS Diploma, 10 years with AS/AA degree, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with
  • MS/MA, or 3 years with PHD

Clearance Requirement:
  • A DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level is required.
