Job Description:

• Senior Business Analyst Product Analyst Engagement Type Short term Contract Opportunity
• Focused on supporting AI business transformation and strategic business initiatives
• Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst Product Analyst to support a portfolio of AI digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Discovery Requirements Management Lead workshops interviews and working sessions with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges, and business objectives Elicit analyze and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements Define project scope deliverables dependencies assumptions and success metrics Identify gaps risks and opportunities throughout the discovery and requirements lifecycle Stakeholder Management Facilitation Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, subject matter experts and technology teams.
• Product Transformation Support AI and business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation Help prioritize business demand and maintain momentum on emerging opportunities and enhancements.
• Develop process maps workflows and business documentation Define expected business outcomes for initiatives releases and sprint level work Partner with stakeholders to establish value hypotheses assumptions and success metrics Translate features and technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes Track expected versus actual outcomes and communicate results to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Information Systems Technology or related field 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Product Analyst Product Owner or similar role Proven experience leading requirements gathering and business discovery initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience The ideal candidate is a seasoned business-facing professional who Thrives in ambiguity and can quickly lead discovery efforts Is highly effective at stakeholder engagement and relationship management Balances strategic thinking with hands on execution Brings strong facilitation skills and confidence working with senior business leader
