Position: Oracle MySQL Database Architect

Job Summary:
Looking for a hands-on Oracle MySQL Database Architect with strong experience in database architecture, performance tuning, high availability, and production database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable MySQL database architectures.
Provide hands-on expertise in MySQL installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations.
Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Design and manage HA, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Work with development and infrastructure teams on database design and best practices.
Monitor database health, capacity, security, and availability.
Troubleshoot complex production database issues.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience with MySQL Database Administration/Architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, SQL, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience with MySQL Replication, InnoDB, HA/DR, backup & recovery.
Experience with database migration and upgrade projects.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
