The Position:
Position Title: .NET Developer Blazor
Location: Remote Off-Site
Duration: 1+ Year Contract

We are seeking a .NET Developer with experience in Blazor framework to add to our team supporting CDP Inc. on a WIC Management Information System Development project. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, selfsufficient developer with strong web development experience, including solid proficiency in CSS, and experience using the Blazor framework.
- Participate in development planning meetings, design software solutions, implement code, review team contributions, and thoroughly test software changes.
- Perform analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of web-based, data-driven applications.
- Develop custom software solutions that meet client and user needs.
- Maintain and support existing application systems.
- Integrate third-party software components.

The Skills and Experience:
Required:
- 5+ Years: Experience developing software using C# and .NET
- Demonstrable experience with Telerik or .NET MAUI
- Strong Experience with variable-based dynamic CSS, including CSS custom properties and runtime styling
- Demonstrated expertise building Razor Class Libraries (RCLs) for reusable, modular UI components
- Proven ability to design consistent, configurable, and reusable Blazor UI controls using Telerik UI for Blazor component library
- Experience developing RESTful web APIs
- Strong understanding of software design adhering to SOLID principles
- Experience with application security best practices
- Proficiency in Dapper micro-ORM includes custom mapping, multi-mapping, and stored Procedure integration
- Strong T-SQL programming skills for SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
- Ability to use AI tools to increase productivity in coding, documentation, testing, and refactoring
Preferred:
- Agile development methodology experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of independently analyzing complex problems
- Commitment to writing efficient, clean, and well-documented code
- Ability to effectively present technical information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
