Job Title: Business Analyst (HCM / Workday)
Location: USA Remote
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR Technology, HCM, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading HR technology initiatives, with a preference for Workday expertise, and possess hands-on knowledge of AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HR technology programs and business analysis initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HCM solutions.
- Support Workday and HR system integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Drive process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to AI and Agentic AI initiatives within the HR technology landscape.
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
- Experience with Workday, preferably including integrations.
- Proven experience leading HR technology programs.
- Hands-on exposure to AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
