Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support professional with strong hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Linux administration, and production support. Banking or financial services experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production and non-production environments.

• Perform Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and patching.

• Monitor cluster health, availability, and performance.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, pods, containers, and services.

• Provide production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.

• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitOps, and ArgoCD.

• Collaborate with development and release teams to support deployments.

• Monitor platforms using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.

• Ensure compliance with security, backup, and disaster recovery requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x preferred).

• Linux administration, preferably Red Hat Linux and CoreOS.

• Shell scripting, Bash, or Python.

• Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

• Production application/platform support and incident troubleshooting.

• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, or ArgoCD.

• Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking or financial services experience, preferably in a regulated enterprise environment.

• Experience with Azure cloud, Istio, or service mesh technologies.

• OpenShift Administration or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
