Your role in our mission

  • Demonstrate leadership and passion for client outcomes.
  • Leads new development and modernization of products, technology, and cultural shifts.
  • Champions continuous improvement and technology automation adoption.
  • Collaborates as a thought partner with Product Management to shape product roadmap.
  • Works with other engineering leaders to drive cohesion, standards, and best practices.
  • Partners with vendors to obtain the best prices, products, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Manages delivery expectations and balances priorities across multiple clients.
  • Supports product implementations and production for clients
  • Maintains financial forecast, responsible for optimizing costs and meeting financial commitments.
  • Responsible for overall solution delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coaches, develops, and leads diverse teams.
  • Uses Agile methodology to plan client commitments and drive development and support of solutions.
  • Manages development of best practices and metrics.
  • Participates in discussions regarding project/product decisions and direction at the executive level.
  • Selects and hires employees, trains and evaluates staff to enhance performance, addresses performance issues, and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Oversees technical direction and architecture, works closely with architects to increase reuse and configurability.
  • Monitors and prevents technical debt and defects, reviews root causes.
  • Sets clear goals for continuous improvement.


What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of professional development and engineering experience and a strong product mindset.
  • Ability to scale across multiple modules and clients.
  • Core software engineering background with up-to-date technological expertise.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile development.
  • Comfortable communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Empathetic and effective as a change agent.
  • Direct line management responsibilities for global teams, including coaching, hiring and performance management.
  • Financial accountability for managing budget forecasts and actuals.

  • This opportunity is 100% remote within the continental United States with the opportunity to travel for work up to 25% annually.

The pay range for this position is $143,600.00 - $205,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
