Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience. (Required)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint).
* Knowledge of Power BI Report Builder.
* Knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript.
* Knowledge of multiple development technologies including: a. Required - .Net Core, Net Framework, C# 8.0, Angular 9, NodeJS, ASP.Net/MVC, WCF/WebAPI, MSMQ, SQL Server, MS Access, Entity Framework Core, Entity Framework 6.0, Typescript, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc.), REST, XML, JSON, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio 2019, Atom, Git, Visio
* Nice to Have - Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Azure DevOps pipeline, ESRI JavaScript API, OpenText eDOCS API, Google API
* Skilled in SharePoint design, SharePoint On-Premises & Online, Classic & Modern Experience.
* Skilled at requirements elicitation, analysis and management.
* Skilled in interpreting and communicating technical information related to software development and data processing.
* Skilled in verbal and written communication as it relates to interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service.
* Skilled in complex DAX queries
* Ability to create Power Automate Flows.
* Ability to create Power BI Reports, Dashboards.
* Ability to develop and present various creative solutions.
* Ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to display professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff.
* Ability to exhibit creativity and resourcefulness at problem solving while collaborating and working effectively with others.

Primary Responsibilities

* Participate in team projects, meetings, and assignments.
* Responsible for SharePoint sites and application support.
* Responsible for meeting with local functional offices to assess and recommend SharePoint designs that meet the needs of the unit.
* Functions as client Development Power Platform and SharePoint Liaison - work with the local users to identify their technology and application needs and coordinate with the Central Office Business Systems Support Office to meet those needs.
* Responsible for the coordination of assigned web development activities, ensuring integration with other technologies utilized in client and maintaining continuity across applications.
* Responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into web architecture to achieve business objectives.
* Responsible for the design, upgrade, enhancement, maintenance, availability, and effectiveness of technical functionality and content for one or more web sites of the enterprise.
* Coordinates the publishing of web site content, user interface, look/feel, and level of specificity to suit a wide range of needs.
* Researches, evaluates and recommends new Internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities.
* Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Education

* Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
