Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead quality engineering and testing for data‑driven regulatory reporting applications.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness across source‑to‑target data flows and reports.
• Design and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, and data reconciliation testing.
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Oversee test execution, defect analysis, and root‑cause identification.
• Own testing documentation including scope, strategy, execution results, and delivery artifacts.
Technical Skills:
• 5–8 years of experience in data and report testing, preferably within regulatory or risk platforms.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data validation techniques.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
• Proven debugging skills to identify and resolve data or system issues.
• Experience managing and maintaining testing deliverables and documentation.
• Extensive experience in data‑centric testing environments
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to Axiom reporting tool would be a great plus.
• Experience with Python or R for data profiling, validation, or automation is a strong plus.
