Job DetailsAs a Mechanical Service Technician on our team, you will perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/mechanical systems across a range of commercial and residential service calls.
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of MEP & HVAC experience
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, including maintenance of air handling units, ductwork, and electrical components
- Clean Driving Record
NICE TO HAVE:
- CFC certification
- Apprentice or Trade license
- Experience in commercial or multifamily environments
