What you'll do in the role:

Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks a Director, Software Engineer in New York, NY to work as a full stack developer for entitlement reviews development team. Create design for integration of entitlement reviews with Sailpoint. Work on operational activities including technology change management and weekend deployment activities. Provide technical support by working closely with production support team and fix any issues reported. Work on unit testing and automation testing. Work with QA team for end to end testing of modules.

What you'll bring to the role:

-Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.

-Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Associate, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

-Requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills:
  • Java;
  • J2EE;
  • Spring MVC;
  • Spring Boot;
  • Hibernate;
  • Gradle;
  • Angular;
  • Javascript;
  • Cypress and Protractor frameworks;
  • Agile software development methodology;
  • CI/CD deployment pipeline;
  • Jenkins; and
  • Entitlement modeling and design.

-Requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills:
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.

-Requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills:
  • Implementing and integrating SailPoint IdentityNow; and
  • Programming web development projects related to SailPoint IDN integrations.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $152,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
