User Research & Experience Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a User Research & Experience Architect in Jupiter, FL.

Summary:
This role combines hands-on research, process improvement, and experience strategy to improve usability, adoption, and business outcomes. The individual will act as a liaison between business partners and Human IT teams, ensuring alignment between user needs, workflows, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute user research (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, surveys)
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and improvement opportunities
* Create key deliverables (personas, journey maps, insight summaries, usability reports)
* Drive experience strategy and support application vision, workflows, and navigation
* Develop and maintain HCD process maps aligned to business goals
* Recommend process improvement to optimize workflows and UX outcomes
* Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into action
* Act as a liaison to business partners and users, ensuring alignment and clear communication
* Validate solutions through usability testing and continuous feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years in user research, UX, process improvement, or related field
* Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
* Experience with enterprise tools and workflows
* Ability to translate insights into business and UX strategy
* Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and research tools
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
