Requirements

4 or more years of experience in high-level administrative operations and fiscal support.
Proficiency in fiscal management systems and electronic invoicing platforms.
Experience with virtual meeting technologies and digital scheduling software.
Experience in transcribing digital recordings and maintaining electronic program records.
Experience in grant tracking and budget administration tools.
Experience with state procurement protocols and logistics coordination software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct administrative workflows and section operations for public health initiatives.
Coordinate virtual and in-person trainings, complex travel logistics, and staff schedules.
Manage advisory committee documentation, technical meeting minutes, and record systems.
Execute purchase requests, shipping activities, and contract invoice processing.
Track grant expenditures and maintain fiscal documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare technical reports, executive correspondence, and multimedia presentations for stakeholders.
Facilitate program coordination and communication activities with community partners and contractors.
