ERP Analyst

Role Overview
This is a 100% remote Oracle Fusion Cloud support and testing role focused on Oracle ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) environments. The role supports post-go-live stabilization, quarterly release testing, regression testing, and Phase 2 implementation activities across integrated Oracle Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and SCM modules
• Support Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Reporting, and Inventory Management processes
• Execute regression testing for Oracle quarterly releases and deployment activities
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts, testing scenarios, and test evidence documentation
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and functional teams
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues across Oracle environments and integrations
• Validate defect fixes, retest resolutions, and document testing results and risks
• Support environment refresh validation, configuration validation, and migration activities
• Participate in hypercare, post-go-live stabilization, release readiness, and operational planning activities
• Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve issues and validate functionality

Required Skills (with Years)
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – 5+ years
• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Inventory Management modules – 5+ years
• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Reporting – 5+ years
• Regression testing – 5+ years
• ERP implementation projects, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare support – 5+ years
• Creating and executing detailed test scripts, test scenarios, and testing documentation – 5+ years
• Oracle Cloud quarterly release management processes – 3+ years

Preferred Skills
• Change management and release coordination support – 4+ years
• Oracle Fusion Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) – 4+ years
• Financial reconciliation and data validation – 5+ years
