Role OverviewAs an Infrastructure Analyst, you will help modernize and support the clients global infrastructure by leveraging
cloud-native platforms, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, reliability, and security while contributing to enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.
Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join its global IT organization. This is a
full-time, onsite role (4 days/week) based in
Milwaukee, WI. We are open to:
- Early-career analysts (2-3+ years) who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, or
- Mid-Senior engineers with demonstrated strength in cloud orchestration, DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Candidates do not need to be an exact technical match but must demonstrate strong foundational knowledge of modern infrastructure concepts and a willingness to grow. The client is executing a
long-term, multi-cloud modernization strategy and values team members who bring analytical thinking, collaboration, and strong communication skills. This role is highly interactive and
not suited for someone who prefers to work in isolation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and promote infrastructure-as-code, automation, and cloud-native practices
- Support and improve infrastructure across cloud platforms and co-located data centers
- Lead or contribute to proof-of-concept efforts for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with security, applications, and service delivery teams to drive enterprise solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance; mentor junior team members as appropriate
- Act as a trusted contributor on infrastructure trends, scalability, and resiliency initiatives
Core Skills- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Cloud orchestration and DevOps practices
- Storage technologies and optimization
- Automation and modern infrastructure principles
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience- PKI / Cloud PKI design and operations
- Nutanix AHV and HCI environments
- Storage tiering and performance optimization
- Kubernetes, GitOps, or CI/CD orchestration workflows
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+ years in infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering
- Experience supporting modernization efforts (automation, IaC, cloud migrations)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
