Role Summary

React Tech Lead responsible for defining frontend architecture, making critical technical decisions, and leading UI teams to deliver scalable, highperformance enterprise applications using React and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Define, own, and evolve Reactbased frontend architecture
Lead UI development using React.js, React Hooks, and modern React patterns
Design and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems
Establish best practices for state management, performance, and code quality
Review and govern code quality, security, accessibility, and performance
Mentor senior and junior React developers
Collaborate closely with backend teams, architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders
Drive adoption of modern React tools and frontend technologies
Ensure alignment with Agile / Scrum delivery processes

Mandatory Technical Skills (With Experience)

React.js (Architecture & Advanced Patterns) 7+ years

Hooks, Context API, HOCs, Render Props
Functional components & component composition

JavaScript (Advanced) & TypeScript 7+ years
State Management 5+ years

Redux / Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or equivalent

HTML5, CSS3, SASS / CSSinJS 7+ years
Node.js & RESTful APIs integration 5+ years
UI Testing Strategy & Frameworks 5+ years

Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

Frontend Performance Optimization 4+ years

Code splitting, lazy loading, memoization

Build & Tooling 4+ years

Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm

Agile / Scrum Leadership 5+ years

(Optional / Nice to Have)

Next.js or SSR/SSG experience
Microfrontend architecture
Accessibility (WCAG) compliance
