Summary

Requirements

3 or more years of experience in IT infrastructure support and systems management.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure automation using AWS CLI and Terraform.
Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems and desktop hardware maintenance.
Experience in ServiceNow for incident triage and user ticket resolution.
Experience with Active Directory administration including DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
Experience in TCP/IP network troubleshooting and audio-visual equipment support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to facilitate enterprise business goals.
Monitor production incidents and coordinate with technical partners to restore services.
Install and troubleshoot enterprise laptops, network printers, and specialized field systems.
Configure and manage specialized lobby management software and camera technologies.
Perform post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent system failures.
Provide technical recommendations for hardware and software upgrades based on project needs.
Digitize manual operational tasks to improve overall organizational efficiency.
