Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with 11+ years of experience in software quality assurance, automation testing, and test framework development. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Salesforce testing, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, API automation, and CI/CD integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, leading QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and Java.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for enterprise web applications and Salesforce platforms.
• Create automated UI, API, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration test suites.
• Perform functional, system, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components.
• Automate Salesforce applications using Selenium and Playwright.
• Develop API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Execute database validation using SQL.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
• Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects.
• Maintain detailed defect reports using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Generate QA metrics, automation reports, and release readiness documentation.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices.
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Support production validation and post-release verification activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in Playwright automation using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and validation.
• Experience with API automation using REST Assured and Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating automation frameworks with Jenkins or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• ISTQB Certification.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
• Experience testing Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of GraphQL testing.
• Experience with Accessibility Testing (WCAG).
• Exposure to Performance and Load Testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted test automation tools.
• Knowledge of containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
