*Complete Description*
• Development: Develop high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Platform Configuration: Build declarative solutions utilizing Salesforce automation tools, primarily advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software errors, application bottlenecks, and data integration issues.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain clean, well-documented code. Write robust test classes to achieve high code coverage (minimum 75–80%) and participate in peer code reviews.
• DevOps & Deployment: Manage application lifecycles, sandbox environments, and deployment cycles using version control tools (GitHub) and CI/CD deployment tools.
*Required/Desired Skills*
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — Required
• Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS — Required
• Salesforce Platform Development — Required, 3+ years
• Salesforce Data Model, Security Architecture, and Data Migration Tools — Required
