Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Implementation Lead to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM across enterprise SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology, application lifecycle management, testing, monitoring, and project governance.
This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, SAP architects, functional teams, and technical teams to establish effective ALM processes, improve project delivery, and ensure operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Cloud ALM Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SAP Cloud ALM implementation and configuration for enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Configure project environments, system landscapes, user access, and authorizations.
- Establish project templates, workflows, milestones, requirements management, and deployment processes.
- Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other relevant SAP solutions.
Project Delivery and Governance
- Act as the primary SAP Cloud ALM subject matter expert for client and project teams.
- Support the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and ALM best practices.
- Manage project tasks, user stories, requirements, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and status reports for project leadership.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Test Management
- Design and implement test management processes within SAP Cloud ALM.
- Coordinate test preparation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Support UAT, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Provide test progress dashboards and quality metrics.
Operations and Monitoring
- Configure business process, health, integration, and job monitoring.
- Establish monitoring thresholds, alerts, and operational dashboards.
- Support production transition and operational readiness.
- Help establish proactive incident management and monitoring practices.
Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with executives, PMO teams, SAP architects, functional teams, Basis, security, and integration specialists.
- Present project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Stay informed about SAP Cloud ALM enhancements and new capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years specializing in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise programs.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and ALM processes.
- Experience with SAP project delivery, test management, release management, and operations.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders and project leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Cloud ALM implementation experience across multiple projects.
- Experience migrating from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, healthcare, or utilities.
