We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our data management and business intelligence initiatives. This is an entry-level role designed for a proactive professional who is eager to transform raw data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will maintain data integrity, support database management, and assist in the creation of visualization tools to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

responsibilities:
- Utilize statistical methodologies to analyze complex datasets, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting outputs.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and other BI tools to track key organizational metrics.
- Assist in the administration and optimization of databases (e.g., MS Access, ERP, or LIMS) to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Partner with internal teams to define project requirements, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver data-driven solutions within established deadlines.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and, where applicable, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain rigorous data handling standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis workflows through the adoption of new technologies and software.
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required- Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
This is an entry-level position; no prior professional experience is required, though internships or project work in data analytics are highly valued.
Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros), Microsoft Access, and Power BI.
Experience with Data Visualization software and a fundamental understanding of Database Management.
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems or LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is a significant plus.
Professional certifications in Data Analysis, Statistics, or Business Intelligence are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and approach tasks with a high degree of logical reasoning.
A strong willingness to learn emerging technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Ability to translate technical data findings into clear, written and verbal reports for non-technical stakeholders.
