Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise DAM platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sitecore DAM, a solid understanding of DAM data models, metadata structures, and digital content lifecycle management.

This role requires close collaboration with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure efficient digital asset organization, governance, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems using Sitecore.
• Configure and maintain asset metadata, taxonomies, and folder structures.
• Design and optimize DAM data models for scalability and performance.
• Ensure proper versioning, tagging, and classification of digital assets.
• Integrate Sitecore DAM with CMS, marketing automation, and third-party systems.
• Support asset ingestion, transformation, and publishing workflows.
• Implement governance standards and access controls.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset management requirements.
• Maintain documentation for DAM configurations, processes, and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore DAM.
• Good understanding of DAM data models, metadata structures, and taxonomy design.
• Experience in digital asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of content governance and digital compliance standards.
• Familiarity with integration between DAM and CMS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Sitecore Content Management System (CMS).
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of cloud-based DAM solutions.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability planning.
