Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Define architecture principles, standards, and governance across the organization.
Design enterprise-wide technology solutions covering applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
Lead digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Develop reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
Drive application portfolio rationalization and technology modernization.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Manage technology risks, technical debt, and long-term architectural planning.
Mentor solution architects and technical teams while promoting architectural excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
12+ years of experience in IT, including architecture, software development, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect, or Solution Architect role.
Experience leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and digital transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.
