Pay Rate: $50-53/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with 8 10 years of experience in Java, Node.js, and React. The ideal candidate must have strong Life Insurance domain experience and proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor developers and drive best practices across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Java & Node.js.

Build responsive, user-friendly UI applications using React.

Develop RESTful APIs and implement microservices architecture.

Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring coding and architectural best practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Work within Agile environments and implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

8 10 years of full-stack development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, React.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms.
Experience leading development teams.
Life Insurance domain experience (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

Docker, Kubernetes
AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
Automated testing frameworks & code quality tools
