  • Coordinate with systems integrators (SIs), implementation partners, and third-party vendors on Dynamics 365 delivery, integrations, and custom development activities.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level communication.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business, IT, data, and integration teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and escalation strategies.
  • Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and contract alignment.
  • Ensure disciplined change control, scope management, and decision tracking.
  • Support readiness activities across data, testing, cutover, and go-live planning.
  • Track project deliverables, status, and effort in Azure DevOps (ADO) and assign tasks as needed.
  • Manage project in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, including multiple ERP implementation projects.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Be flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and have the ability to drive projects forward.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tool to manage project and workstreams.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
