Job Description:

We are seeking a Linear Ad Operations professional to manage end-to-end ad trafficking, scheduling, and execution for linear TV campaigns. The role requires deep expertise in broadcast workflows, inventory management, and coordination across sales, traffic, and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end linear ad operations lifecycle including order entry, trafficking, scheduling, and reconciliation
  • Work with sales planning teams to translate deals into executable schedules and ensure accurate inventory allocation
  • Operate and maintain trafficking systems such as WideOrbit, OSI, or equivalent broadcast platforms
  • Ensure campaign accuracy, on-time delivery, and compliance with advertiser and network requirements
  • Monitor campaign performance, resolve discrepancies, and manage makegoods and billing adjustments
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, programming, and traffic teams to optimize execution workflows
  • Support cross-platform initiatives (Linear + CTV + Digital) where applicable
  • Maintain documentation and enforce AdOps best practices and process standardization

 

Required Qualifications

  • 4–10+ years of experience in Linear Ad Operations / Traffic / Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience with broadcast trafficking systems (WideOrbit, OSI, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of linear TV scheduling, inventory, and ad sales workflows
  • Experience working with media networks, broadcasters, or cable organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cross-platform ad operations (CTV / Digital / Programmatic)
  • Familiarity with ratings (Nielsen), audience measurement, and reporting tools
  • Exposure to ad sales systems, deal management, and yield optimization
  • Basic knowledge of data tools (Excel, SQL, or reporting dashboards)
