This role will give you the opportunity to work side by side with DT professionals and participate in numerous projects.
YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide day-to-day support to designated DT department.
- Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to support strategic business process and plans.
- Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology.
- Participate in the implementation of information technology and business processes.
- Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans.
- Perform activities accordingly to project plans and schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Student working towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
- General understanding of information technology and concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service; verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload.
- Flexible and adaptable to work under deadlines and/or changing needs.
- Detailed oriented and quality focuses.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS- Internship experience in the Global DT field.
- Experience with Windows XP, Linux and other relevant tools.
WORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
- This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
- Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
- Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:$18.00 - $37.00
