Job Title: PCB Layout Designer / Specialist Design

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PCB Layout Designer to support the design and development of advanced electronic products. This role requires strong hands-on experience in designing rigid, flex, and rigid-flex printed circuit boards using industry-standard PCB tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality board designs ready for production.

Responsibilities:

• Design, modify, and maintain PCB layouts for rigid, flex, and rigid-flex boards
• Interpret schematics, BOMs, drawings, and design documentation
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams
• Perform design validation and ensure manufacturability standards are met
• Resolve fabrication and assembly issues during product development
• Maintain PLM documentation and revision control
• Support product release and engineering change updates

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of PCB layout/design experience
• Experience with PADS, Cadence Allegro, Xpedition, Mentor Graphics, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing files
• Understanding of schematics, BOMs, stack-up, and design constraints
• Experience with rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB designs
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Experience in aerospace, defense, telecom, or electronics manufacturing industries
• Experience with PLM tools such as Agile or Teamcenter
