A fast-moving technology organization is seeking a Software Technical Lead. This opportunity is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning complex systems end-to-end and shaping the technical direction of a high-impact product.

You will guide the design of scalable systems, unblock engineers, and directly influence execution across multiple workstreams. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering complex cloud-native software in fast-paced environments
Strong proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and serverless architectures
Experience across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure
Strong architectural decision-making ability
Excellent communication around status, risks, and technical direction
Hands-on experience leading teams within Agile environments
Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with React, Next.js, and React Native
Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or OpenSearch
Background working with CI/CD, DevOps, or observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
Comfort balancing speed with scalability and maintainability
