Principal Software Engineer

Summary
Leads software engineering teams while maintaining strong engineering standards and delivery discipline. Defines and promotes modern development best practices, architects scalable and maintainable solutions, and drives adoption of engineering tools and processes that improve productivity, code quality, and system reliability. Partners closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to guide software delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure successful implementation of complex technology solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)
• Strong background in modern software architecture and engineering leadership
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js, along with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of multiple data storage technologies and experience working with infrastructure-as-code approaches
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex software systems in consulting or enterprise environments
