Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting identity governance solutions, access certifications, provisioning workflows, and integrations with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

·        Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, tasks, and lifecycle events.

·        Configure Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and automated user provisioning/deprovisioning.

·        Implement access request, approval, certification, and compliance workflows.

·        Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications.

·        Develop connectors and custom integrations using Java, Beanshell, REST APIs, SOAP, and Web Services.

·        Support role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance initiatives.

·        Perform access reviews, certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.

·        Troubleshoot SailPoint application issues and provide production support.

·        Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

·        Work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement IAM solutions.

Required Skills:

·        5+ years of IAM experience.

·        3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint ISC experience.

·        Strong experience in:

·        SailPoint Workflows

·        Rules Development

·        Lifecycle Manager

·        Certifications

·        Access Requests

·        Provisioning/Deprovisioning

·        Experience with Java and Beanshell scripting.

·        Experience integrating SailPoint with:

·        Active Directory

·        Azure AD

·        LDAP

·        HR Systems

·        Databases

·        Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance.

·        Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.

·        Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
