Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Onsite) Duration: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud functionalities, customization, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Forecasting
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools
Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and process automation
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity
Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools and best practices
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Knowledge of Salesforce security model and data architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
Exposure to data tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
Basic understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Einstein Analytics)

Certifications (Nice to Have):

Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
