Location: Washington, DC 20433
Work Mode: Onsite 3 4 days per week

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Cloud Architect with 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise financial systems and 8+ years of hands-on experience with FIS Investran / Private Capital Suite. Must have deep financial domain expertise, strong Azure cloud architecture skills, and extensive experience building secure, scalable, cloud-native applications in regulated financial environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in .NET development and cloud architecture.

  • 8+ years of hands-on FIS Investran / Private Capital Suite experience - mandatory.

  • Extensive financial services experience, including equity investments, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), and financial reporting.

  • Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, nHibernate, and secure REST APIs.

  • Advanced Azure architecture skills, including high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), microservices, and serverless workflows.

  • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

  • Experience with Azure Service Bus, topics/subscriptions, event-driven architecture, and exception handling.

  • Strong Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server development, database design, and performance tuning skills.

  • Experience leading Agile delivery across distributed onsite/offshore teams.

  • Strong understanding of security, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in financial systems.
