·         Why is this position open: This position is open to support ongoing cloud modernization efforts, operational continuity, and expansion of AWS-based services following the completion of a prior contract term.

·         Will close to submissions on 3/18 at 5:00PM EST.

·         Interview Process: 1 round, virtual (2nd round if needed)

·         Duration of the Contract: 12 months; Possibility for Extension: Yes

·         Work Location: Role is 100% remote - due to Governor''s orders, this position may become fully onsite with no notice. Candidates should be available to relocation to SC to start the onsite right away if required.

·         Candidate location: No SC residency required. Open to nationwide candidates who are comfortable working EST hours. Must be able to relocate if required.

·         Additional details: After hours or weekends hours may be required.

Required Skills

·         6+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems

·         3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development or administration

·         3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)

·         3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies

·         3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services

·         3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation

·         3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS

·         3+ years of experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent)

Certification

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering

·         Experience with hybrid cloud or third-party integrations

·         Experience with cost optimization and FinOps

·         Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Hybrid Cloud Architectures

Certification

Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
