Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a
Data Analyst/Project Coordinator to work in
Northern VA .
Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. This role supports daily IT operations, service desk coordination, inventory tracking, reporting, communications management, and administrative compliance. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a secure technical environment.
Responsibilities - Serve as a first point of contact for users in the lab / IT support environment.
- Support service desk intake, ticket tracking, routing, and follow-up.
- Redirect walk-up requests into the formal ticketing process.
- Compile and distribute service desk reports.
- Run reports from project ticketing systems across classified and unclassified environments.
- Manage device inventory spreadsheets.
- Support equipment intake and outtake procedures.
- Monitor multiple email distribution lists and consolidate action items.
- Track tasks and follow up on open items.
- Elevate important IT issues to leadership.
- Support SOPs, workflow documentation, process tracking, and administrative procedures.
- Communicate professionally with users, customer personnel, technical staff, and program leadership.
Required Skills - Active Top Secret clearance. Willingness to obtain SCI with CI Polygraph.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Service Desk Coordinator, IT Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience supporting IT operations, service desk processes, or technical administrative functions.
- Experience running and distributing reports.
- Experience with SOPs, flowcharts, inventory documentation, or process documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels, including shared mailboxes, distribution lists, ticket queues, and task trackers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable attendance and professional onsite presence.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Desired Skills - Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk+ or a similar ticketing tool.
- Experience supporting law enforcement, intelligence, national security, or federal customers.
- Experience working in classified IT environments.
- Experience with inventory control, asset tracking, and equipment intake / outtake procedures.
- Experience supporting lab, research, development, or technical operations environments.
