Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize NetSuite ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Develop and enhance NetSuite Order Management System (OMS) workflows, scripts, and integrations.
Build and maintain SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RESTlet integrations.
Work with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Participate in solution design, technical architecture discussions, and code reviews for the prospect''s landscape.
Support data migration, integration design, and third-party system connectivity (payment gateways, logistics, CRM, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and entire SDLC lifecycle.
Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 8+ years of Retail experience, with at least 5+ years hands-on in NetSuite ERP / OMS.
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and customization.
Solid working knowledge of NetSuite OMS (Order Management System) — order lifecycle, fulfillment, routing rules.
Strong technical JavaScript / SuiteScript (SS 2.x preferred) background, along with SuiteFlow and SuiteTalk (SOAP & REST) web services.
Expertise knowledge of NetSuite Reporting /Analytics and NetSuite Accounting &ERP processes.
Good knowledge of API concepts and technologies — REST, JSON, GraphQL.
Knowledge of integrations via APIs and third-party systems (specifically Payment Gateway, Fraud Check).
Good understanding of ERP business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, CRM and Accounting.
Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP with a focus on financial modules (GL, AR, AP,Revenue Management).
Design, implement, and optimize financial workflows, approval processes, and reporting dashboards.
Support month-end and year-end close processes through reconciliation support and system-generated reports.
Design reports and Saved Searches
Develop workflow and scripting to drive control and process improvement
A key member of the company process improvement team. Bring NetSuite expertise to determine where automation can be implemented
Administer semi-annual NetSuite updates and testing/training. Explore new features and articulate impact to the organization. Implementation of new modules
Ad hoc customizations to NetSuite screen and documents
Administration of WMS, EDI Integration, and other potential bundled integrations
Assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions as needed on daily flow of orders, ICTOs, cycle counts, inventory mismatch with other systems.
Develop and update SuiteScripts, workflows, custom fields, saved searches, and forms
Support requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to inventory management
To build solutions and POC’s based on customer and project needs
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Good functional knowledge in Order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process
Basic Functional knowledge of Record-to-Report process
Proficient in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and bitbucket.
Ability to work independently onsite with the prospect''s engineering and business teams.
Desired / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in NodeJS / Java microservices (MS) based development is a bonus.
Strong knowledge in one of the cloud platforms, along with latest web technologies and CI/CD concepts.
Good Retail / Ecommerce domain knowledge.
Exposure to NetSuite SuiteCommerce / SCA.
Good Retail Domain Knowledge.
Added advantage if experienced in integration layers like MuleSoft, Apigee, Celigo, Kafka, or Boomi.
Experience and conceptual knowledge of payment / fraud-check systems and rule settings.
Prior experience in a client-facing / onsite consulting role.
Certifications (Preferred)
NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification (preferred)
