Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), .NET development, Power Platform, and Azure services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions including plugins, workflows, API integrations, and CRM portal development.

This role requires strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, CRM customization, and business process automation while working in enterprise CRM environments.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
Strong development experience in C# and .NET framework
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience developing Plugins and Workflows in Dynamics CRM
Experience with CRM API integrations and external system integrations
Experience customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM applications
Strong experience with JavaScript for CRM customization
Experience developing and managing Dynamics CRM portals
Strong understanding of business workflows and automation processes

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics CRM
Build and manage Power Platform solutions
Develop API integrations between CRM and enterprise applications
Customize and configure D365 CE modules
Develop CRM portals and user-facing applications
Work closely with business teams to implement workflow automation
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and system enhancements

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Azure services
Experience integrating CRM with Azure cloud services
Exposure to Agentic AI or intelligent automation

Experience

10+ years of software development experience
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development

Education

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
