Project Manager

Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple concurrent initiatives across digital, retail, and innovation portfolios. This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive execution, ensure alignment, and deliver outcomes across a mix of customer experience, AI, and operational enhancement projects.
Engagement Overview
Allocation: ~60%-100% (flexible based on project demands)
Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives with varying levels of complexity
• Facilitate project planning, scheduling, and execution across cross-functional teams
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Drive status reporting, governance, and decision-making forums
• Support change management and adoption efforts where required
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, adapting approach based on project needs

Project Portfolio
The Project Manager will support a blend of initiatives, including:
Clienteling Project (Salesfloor)
Approx. 40% allocation
Duration: Through July/August
AI Initiative
Approx. 10-20% allocation
Duration: Through end of year (potential to expand)
Inventory Enhancement (Magenta Hub App)
Approx. 40% allocation
Duration: Now through early next year
Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in retail, digital, or technology environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to operate flexibly in evolving, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with retail clienteling platforms or inventory systems
• Exposure to AI or innovation-driven initiatives
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
