Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Ping Identity technologies to support enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting authentication, authorization, federation, and directory services within large-scale environments.
• This role requires expertise in Ping Identity, LDAP, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and Java-based applications, along with experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity technologies.
• Strong understanding of LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SSO, and MFA.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• Experience with Java/J2EE applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with OGNL (Object-Graph Navigation Language).
• Experience with Apache Struts applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of cloud-based identity solutions.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions utilizing Ping Identity products.
• Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and federation services.
• Integrate applications using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML 2.0 protocols.
• Manage and support LDAP directory services.
• Develop and troubleshoot authentication and authorization workflows.
• Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams to implement secure identity solutions.
• Resolve complex IAM, authentication, and federation-related issues.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Utilize OGNL and Java/J2EE knowledge to support application integrations and troubleshooting activities.
