Enablement Services is a centralized team of change agents partnering across regions, business lines, and functions to deliver high-impact initiatives. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst who can flex between delivery leadership and hands-on analysis. Depending on the initiative, you will lead end-to-end execution, lead discovery and requirements, or own both-driving solutions from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.
Initiatives may include software builds, vendor onboarding, process improvement, operating model and organizational change, outsourcing, and other cross-functional programs spanning operations, legal and compliance, risk, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Discovery, analysis, and solution definition (Business Analysis)
- Lead discovery to define the problem statement, objectives, scope (in/out), stakeholders, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Elicit, document, and manage requirements using appropriate formats (BRD, epics/user stories, acceptance criteria), including current/future-state process mapping and supporting analysis.
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate solution options (build/buy), assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and operating model/process changes.
- Define and execute quality and readiness activities including test strategy, test scenarios, UAT planning and coordination, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
Delivery leadership, governance, and execution (Project/Program Management)
- Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation through implementation and benefits realization, managing scope, plan, timeline, resourcing, dependencies, risks/issues, and outcomes (including budget where applicable).
- Establish governance and operating cadence (status reporting, steering committees, decision logs, RAID), driving timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align business and technology work into an integrated delivery roadmap; manage interdependencies across workstreams.
- Manage vendors when applicable, including milestones, deliverables, and performance against commitments.
- Drive adoption and change outcomes through communications, training, rollout planning, and post-launch stabilization; measure adoption and results against baseline/targets.
- Track and report benefits realization and lessons learned to continuously improve delivery outcomes.
Enablement Services standards and team contribution
- Contribute to standards, templates, and best practices across project delivery and analysis; coach teammates to support consistent, high-quality execution.
Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience across project/program management and business analysis, with meaningful depth in both disciplines.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional change initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills; ability to influence decisions and drive alignment.
- Experience operating in hybrid delivery environments (Agile and Waterfall), adapting approach to initiative type and risk profile.
- Strong analytical and process skills (process mapping, requirements definition, structured problem solving).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in asset management or financial services.
- Process improvement background (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
- Comfort with data analysis (advanced Excel; SQL/Python a plus) and using AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis and documentation.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
