Role Summary

This is a senior QA Leader role where you:

• Manage ERP testing end-to-end
• Coordinate multiple teams
• Ensure system is ready before go-live

You are the person in charge of testing the entire Oracle ERP system before it goes live.

Must-Have Skills

• Oracle Cloud ERP testing (Finance and/or SCM)
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, End-to-End testing
• Knowledge of business flows:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Integration testing (APIs, OIC, data migration)
• Test management tools (Jira / ADO / ALM)
• Automation awareness (Selenium / Tosca at least oversight level)
• Strong client handling & vendor management

Important to Know

• You'll be the main QA leader (client-facing role)
• Manage multiple teams (onsite + offshore)
• Own test strategy, planning, and release decisions (Go/No-Go)
• Ensure quality, compliance (SOX), and reporting
• Handle large ERP programs (complex integrations)
