📍 Location: Lisle, IL (4 Days Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant to join a large SAP transformation initiative with International Motors. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Procurement, Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Production Planning processes, along with strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.

This role requires a subject matter expert capable of collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party contractors to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of SAP/ERP consulting experience

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes

Extensive expertise in:

SAP MM (Materials Management)

Inventory Management

SAP PP (Production Planning)

Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments

Knowledge of SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization)

Experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications and third-party systems

Strong experience creating and reviewing:

Functional Specifications

Business Process Documents

RICEF Objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)

Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP S2P/P2P process implementation and optimization initiatives

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and define solutions

Design functional solutions across SAP MM, Inventory Management, and PP modules

Develop and review functional specifications for custom developments

Coordinate with technical teams on RICEF developments and integrations

Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and enhancement projects

Act as an SAP SME and provide guidance to project teams and business stakeholders

Ensure successful delivery of project milestones and production support activities
