Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Solution Architect with strong expertise across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Variant Configuration, and Finance Integration. The ideal candidate will possess deep end-to-end SAP architecture experience within complex manufacturing environments such as Aerospace, High-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, or Engineer-to-Order industries.

This role requires a strategic architect capable of integrating business processes across Sales, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing Execution, and Finance while leveraging SAP S/4HANA as the digital core.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise SAP Architecture

* Architect end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions across OTC, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.

* Design scalable enterprise integration architecture between SAP and external systems such as Salesforce, MES, PLM, and third-party applications.

* Define enterprise process flows across inquiry-to-cash, plan-to-produce, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain

* Lead solution design for Make-to-Order (MTO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Assemble-to-Order (ATO) manufacturing models.

* Design manufacturing planning and execution processes including:

* Demand Planning

* Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

* MRP

* Production Planning

* Work Centers

* Routings

* Production Orders

* Support integration between SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Variant Configuration & Product Modeling

* Design and implement SAP Variant Configuration (VC/AVC) solutions.

* Define configurable materials, classes, characteristics, dependencies, constraints, and Super BOMs/Routings.

* Support configurable products, bundled products, subscription-based offerings, and service combinations.

OTC & Finance Integration

* Architect integrated OTC solutions including:

* Quotation Management

* Sales Order Processing

* Billing

* Revenue Recognition

* Credit Management

* FSCM

* Design financial integration processes including:

* Product Costing

* Material Ledger

* WIP

* Variance Analysis

* Period-End Closing

* Profitability Analysis

Integration & Middleware

* Lead SAP integration architecture using CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, OData, and middleware platforms.

* Design real-time and batch integrations between SAP and external applications.

* Collaborate with technical teams on interface strategy and data governance.

Required Qualifications

* 12+ years of SAP implementation and solution architecture experience.

* Extensive SAP S/4HANA architecture experience in manufacturing environments.

* Strong expertise in:

* SAP SD / OTC

* SAP PP

* SAP MM

* SAP FSCM

* Finance Integration

* Variant Configuration (VC/AVC)

* Experience with SAP IBP or advanced supply chain planning solutions.

* Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and engineer-to-order processes.

* Experience integrating SAP with MES/shop floor systems.

* Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Aerospace, Defense, High-Tech, or Industrial Manufacturing industries.

* Experience with subscription billing and bundled product solutions.

* Exposure to SAP ME/MII or third-party MES platforms.

* Knowledge of SAP Activate and enterprise implementation methodologies.

* SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
