Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integration Architect who brings a strong blend of pre-sales consulting, enterprise integration architecture, and delivery governance.
This role will act as a technical authority and solutioning partner across sales, architecture, and delivery functions, supporting client discovery, RFI/RFP/impanelment processes, and large-scale integration program execution.
The ideal candidate has deep MuleSoft expertise, experience shaping integration strategies before execution, and credibility with enterprise and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales, RFI & Impanelment (Primary Focus)

Lead technical discovery and solution shaping during pre-sales cycles

Own or contribute to RFI, RFP, and Request for Impanelment responses

Define integration approaches, reference architectures, and roadmaps

Partner with sales and leadership to support deal qualification and closure

Present integration strategies to client stakeholders and decision-makers
Enterprise Integration Architecture

Define and own enterprise integration architecture strategy

Design API-led and event-driven integration solutions, primarily using MuleSoft

Establish API governance, security policies, and integration standards

Create architecture artifacts: blueprints, diagrams, specifications, catalogs

Guide hybrid and cloud-native integration deployments (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Delivery Oversight & Leadership

Provide architectural oversight across delivery teams

Participate in design reviews, governance boards, and CoE initiatives

Mentor architects and senior engineers
