Founding Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead to own high‑impact product surfaces end‑to‑end in a fast‑scaling, enterprise AI company.

You’ll build and lead core systems across data pipelines, user workflows, and platform UX, with real ownership and technical authority.

This is not a siloed role and not junior execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own features end‑to‑end (design, build, ship, maintain)
• Build data‑intensive AI products used by enterprise customers
• Work across backend systems and frontend product surfaces
• Set technical standards and mentor engineers
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership
• Help define architecture as the company scales

Must‑Have Experience (Non‑Negotiable)

• Senior / Lead‑level full‑stack engineer
• Deep TypeScript experience (required)
• Backend experience in Python or Go
• Frontend experience in React or modern JS
• Proven 0→1 or early‑stage startup experience
• Strong ownership mindset — has led projects or teams
• Experience shipping production, enterprise‑grade systems

Strong Signals

• Founding‑engineer or early‑stage leadership background
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision‑making
• Product‑minded; understands business impact, not just code
• Willing and able to be onsite in SF 3 days/week

Hard No’s

• Pure frontend or pure backend profiles
• Engineers from slow‑moving enterprise orgs only
• Privacy / security‑only specialists (too narrow)
• Candidates unwilling to relocate or be onsite
• Non‑/ non‑candidates
