Position: SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant
Location: Maumee OH
Contract
This role involves leading the design, configuration and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM) solutions within an S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless integration with other modules to support digital transformation in asset management and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, analyze "as-is" processes and design "to-be" maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment).
Configure core SAP PM functionalities: Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Work Centers, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, Work Orders, Status Management and Measuring Points. Provide expertise in Fiori-based PM apps.
Oversee migration of master data from legacy systems to S/4HANA using SAP Migration Cockpit.
Ensure robust integration with Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM) and third-party systems; create functional specifications, process flows and configuration documents using RICEFW objects.
Lead user acceptance testing, create test scripts, develop end-user documentation and train business users.
Required Experience & Skills:
5-10 years of SAP PM experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield).
Strong knowledge of asset management best practices and maintenance strategies.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, functional design and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
