📍 Remote | 📄 Contract Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM professional to support a large-scale hybrid cloud environment.

🔎 Role Overview:
• Administer and operate ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB)
• Act as CMDB Administrator ensuring data quality and operational readiness
• Create and enhance Application Service Maps
• Support large-scale CMDB environments (millions of CIs, thousands of service maps)
• Drive service mapping automation and process improvement
• Provide 24x7 operational monitoring and incident response support

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor applications/infrastructure (Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
• Coordinate and lead major incident bridge calls
• Drive rapid detection & escalation (TTD ≤ 5 mins for major incidents)
• Develop SOPs, knowledge articles & known error documentation
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Track KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, and incident trends

✅ Required Experience:
• 8+ years in IT Operations / Incident Management / Application Support
• Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB
• Strong observability & monitoring background
• Experience in 24x7x365 environments
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

✈️ Travel: ~10% as needed
