RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Merchandising 3 in Beaverton, OR.

The Merchandising team understands consumer needs and market opportunities to craft a significant product mix for each marketplace. The team has the unrivaled ability to see beyond trends and identify new market opportunities, delivering the right product, at the right price, in the right place, at the right time.

What you will work on:
As a Digital Merchandising 3 on the Sportwear Footwear Merchandising team, you will utilize marketplace data, consumer insights, foresight, and hindsight to make decisions, influence and develop seasonal plans to serve our consumer. You will provide qualitative and quantitative insights to the Consumer Merchandising teams, the counterparts on Global Merchandising teams across Sports and gender constructs. You will lead the management of our merchandising KPIs through robust analysis of retail insights and performance. You will build positive and trustworthy relationships with your partners (including our Direct Merchants, Marketing, Consumer Planning, and Territory Merchants, among others) to build and land assortments that meet the needs of consumers, take them to a new place, and differentiate the key points of distribution across key cities. You will work with your cross-functional team to maintain the optimal balance between a pull and push market.

Who you will work with:
You will work closely with fellow merchants and cross-functional teams within Global, Geo and Territory Merchandising; Planning, Allocation, and Brand Marketing. We also work with finance, operations and the insights/analytics teams; relying on business reporting for your area which includes quantitative and qualitative metrics on sales, inventory and consumer behaviors.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in Merchandising for Footwear or similar industries
* Expert in Excel, data reporting, can analyze consumer qualitative and quantitative POS data
* Experience creating assortments, selecting products for certain markets based on consumer trends in APLA

Nice to Haves:
* Knowledge of Sneaker and/or consumer trends
* Cultural knowledge of APLA markets and consumers or open to learning about APLA culture and consumer trends
* Industry related experience

Extra Plus:
* Fluent in Spanish, Korean, Japanese, or Portuguese

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
