Database Administration: Provide expert-level support for ADABAS and Natural environments, including replication, performance tuning, and integrity checks.

System Integration: Manage data gateways and connectivity using WebMethods EntireX and CONNX SQL gateway.

System Modernization: Analyze user requirements to design, test, and implement system enhancements within Linux/zLinux and MVS/JCL frameworks.

Architecture & Policy: Advise on system architecture and maintain rigorous documentation for procedures, policies, and disaster recovery processes.

Application Support: Ensure child welfare system (MACWIS) functions align with SNAP, TANF, and federal eligibility mandates.

Software AG Suite: 10+ years of experience with ADABAS, Natural, Natural One, Predict, Construct, and ADABAS Replication.

Legacy Tools: 10+ years of experience with MVS/JCL, COBOL/CICS, VSAM files, and Treehouse tcVision.

OS & Environment: 10+ years of experience working with Linux/zLinux, Informix, and UNIX.

Integration Tech: Proven experience with WebMethods EntireX, CONNX SQL gateway, ApplinX, and Natural AJAX.

Architecture: 3+ years of experience advising on large-scale system architecture and documentation.

Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience implementing child welfare, SNAP, or TANF mandates within state systems.

Modernization: Experience modernizing legacy mainframe applications to contemporary platforms.

Agile/Tools: Familiarity with SCRUM methodologies and ITSM systems such as Jira and KACE.

Workflow: Deep understanding of child welfare workflows and related federal reporting requirements.
